Swan brand – textile grade is cost effective yarn sizes and finishing agent. It has been specially developed to retain the original property of starch while enhancing other properties to increase weaving efficiency of the wrap. It has low viscosity and high penetration properties. It permits loading of the fabric with high percentage weight of size and permits application so that the size is either visible or perceptible by the “feel” of the stiffening effect imparted by natural starch. The finish is transparent after application of drying whereas modified corn starch or other starches give dull finish or altered shade due to opaque color of this starch.
