Biobinder is the specialty tapioca modified starch for textile sizing industries manufactured by special chemical process.

Bio Binder has been developed to provide the textile sizing industry with a consistent, cost effective, quality product with unique features. The specialty of SPAC – BINDER is that it is a non-synthetic binder which helps the sizing and further textile processing operations. SPAC BINDER is used in the sizing mixer for binding purpose instead of synthetic binders.

Very short time is required to prepare paste
It gives stable viscosity and tend to give better film properties
The yarn gets sufficient tens tile strength. Biobinder is readily compatible with recipe of the size and remains stable for longer time.
Homogeneous along with other chemicals makes the fiber abrasion and droppings free.
Unlike synthetic binders spac binder is more readily removed in the desizing operation.
