C.I.P
Cleaning-In-Place
To efficiently
control microbial activity the interiors of machines and pipes are cleaned
regularly with caustic and hypochlorite as cleaning agents. We CIP initially
with hypochlorite, which is an efficient germ killer. When the starch is
flushed out along with the hypochlorite, a second CIP with caustic is carried
out. Caustic is a powerful agent for removal of the protein build-up on
interior walls. We take the best possible measures available with the technology
as on date to deliver a product of high purity to our customers. And we
stick to this commitment. Our men are trained in the usage of machineries
and the processes are well monitored.
BACTERIOLOGY
Bacterial count
is a quality property of particular importance to the food industry. And
tapioca starch is essentially meant for food industry. We take extreme care
and caution to this aspect. Our continuous starch process eliminates a number
of intermediate tanks and long process time. Sulphuring and efficient CIP
, heat insulated dryers to avoid water condensation are our other preventive
methods which has been discussed already. The starch is evenly dried and
conditioned to avoid any moist.
