WASHING
Our high quality washing process removes impurities and improves refining. Washing is very important as the soil and dirt not removed properly create lot of problems later. Many impurities resemble starch in specific weight and size and quality washing is the only way to remove them.
The roots are washed underwater in order to remove adhering sand and dirt. Then the roots are peeled by abrasion against each other and against the paddles and walls of the machine under continue water spray. The washing water is recycled after filtering off peelings. Process water from the refining station and crude water replace the loss of washing water. Water management is efficiently done by skilled operators to maintain concentration.
